Covid19
jerryhoffer • Apr 01, 2020

The Supreme Court of Tennessee has extended its suspension of in court proceedings until April 30. There are limited exceptions to this rule.

This does NOT mean the courthouse is closed.

This does NOT mean law offices are closed.

This does NOT mean cases are not being filed, worked, prepared, or settled.

This does NOT mean you cannot apply for an emergency order, hearing, or most importantly, an Order of Protection.
